Payment & Currency Disclosures

Important information about JCC exchange credits, Click & Earn currency, campaign funding, cashouts, fees, reversals, and payment processing.

Read before paying: JCC exchange credits and Click & Earn currency are separate systems. A displayed balance is not, by itself, a promise that funds are immediately withdrawable.

1. Exchange credits are not cash

JCC exchange credits are internal service units used for eligible exchange features. They are not legal tender, a bank deposit, stored cash, an investment, or a promise of monetary return. Credits are not redeemable for cash unless JCC expressly states otherwise for a specific lawful feature.

2. Click & Earn is separate

Click & Earn records currency-denominated rewards for eligible verified activity. It is separate from the exchange-credit ledger. Click & Earn does not create an employment relationship, salary, guaranteed income, interest, investment return, or minimum earnings rate.

3. Advertiser funding

A Click & Earn campaign is not funded merely because a campaign was created. New campaigns start with zero spendable campaign funding. Where currency funding is enabled, payment must be verified by the applicable payment processor and recorded by JCC before campaign funds are treated as available for delivery. A client-side message or submitted checkout alone is not proof of payment.

JCC may decline, delay, limit, or require additional verification for a transaction because of fraud controls, payment-provider rules, legal requirements, geographic restrictions, account status, or other legitimate risk controls.

4. Prices, fees, and minimums

The amount, currency, applicable fees, minimums, and other material transaction terms will be shown before a payment or cashout is submitted when those values are applicable. JCC may change pricing, reward rates, payout thresholds, or supported methods prospectively as the service develops, subject to applicable law and any terms that legally must remain in effect.

5. Cashouts

Cashout eligibility depends on the Click & Earn program being enabled for the member and may require account, identity, tax, payment, fraud, or other verification. The current minimum cashout threshold is $2.00 unless JCC displays a different threshold before submission. Processing times and payout methods may vary.

Cashout requests may move through pending, under review, processing, completed, or rejected states. JCC records Click & Earn reward and cashout movements separately from non-cash exchange credits, with duplicate-event protection for recorded money movements. JCC may place a temporary hold while reviewing payment reversals, advertiser disputes, suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, self-clicking, artificial traffic, or other potential abuse. A cashout request is not a guarantee of payment until it has completed the applicable verification and payment process.

6. Refunds and reversals

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable transaction terms, the checkout disclosure, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law. A refund, reversal, chargeback, or unauthorized-payment finding may cause associated credits, campaign funding, promotional benefits, membership benefits, or pending rewards to be reversed or removed, subject to applicable law.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Members and advertisers must not submit a false or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute. If a payment is disputed or reversed, JCC may investigate the transaction and temporarily restrict affected features while the matter is resolved. Nothing here limits a consumer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction.

8. Taxes and reporting

Members are responsible for determining whether earnings, payments, rewards, or other activity creates tax or reporting obligations for them. JCC may request tax information, maintain transaction records, or provide legally required reporting where applicable. JCC does not determine a member's tax liability or provide tax advice.

Members should keep their own records of earnings, cashouts, refunds, reversals, and other relevant transactions. If JCC later enables a reporting or tax-document workflow, the information shown will be based on JCC's available transaction records and applicable reporting requirements; it should not be treated as individualized tax advice.

9. Payment processors

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may have separate terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, processing rules, and fees. JCC does not ask members to send full payment-card numbers through ordinary support chat.

10. No guaranteed earnings

Traffic volume, advertiser demand, member activity, reward rates, available campaigns, verification results, payout availability, and other network conditions can change. JCC does not guarantee a particular number of clicks, visitors, earnings, conversions, campaign results, or payout amount.

11. Eligibility and geographic restrictions

Some payment, currency, advertising, or payout features may not be available in every jurisdiction or to every account. JCC may restrict a feature when required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, sanctions requirements, fraud controls, or other legitimate compliance requirements.

12. Important distinction

Credits are for the exchange. Click & Earn currency is the separate cashout-oriented program. Do not treat an exchange-credit balance as money owed to you, and do not treat a Click & Earn balance as immediately payable until the program's applicable eligibility, verification, holding, and payout conditions have been satisfied.
