Privacy Policy
How JCC Traffic Exchange collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use the service.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, JCC may collect account information such as your name, email address, phone number, login information, websites you submit, advertising information, support messages, and transaction or membership records.
We may also collect technical and security information such as IP address or network-derived signals, browser and device information, timestamps, session activity, referral information, campaign activity, click or surf activity, and fraud-prevention signals.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the exchange.
- Authenticate accounts and protect trusted-device access.
- Deliver advertising, campaigns, Surf & Earn, Click & Earn, membership, support, and other requested features.
- Detect and investigate fraud, abuse, automated activity, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, and attempts to manipulate rewards.
- Process payments, memberships, funding, refunds, and eligible payouts through applicable providers.
- Communicate service, security, account, and transaction notices.
- Measure service performance and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of JCC, members, advertisers, and service providers.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by service providers that help us host the app, authenticate members, secure accounts, deliver communications, analyze service performance, screen submitted websites, prevent fraud, or process payments when those features are enabled. Providers receive information needed for their assigned role and may process it under their own terms and privacy notices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, enforce our rules, investigate suspected fraud or security incidents, protect members and the public, or respond to a business transfer. We do not sell passwords or ask members to send full payment-card details through ordinary support chat. This policy does not claim that JCC never sells or shares personal information under every legal definition; applicable rights and opt-outs will be honored where required.
4. Payments and financial information
Payment card or other financial credentials may be processed directly by the applicable payment provider. Payment providers may have their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Security and fraud prevention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. JCC may retain security and transaction records as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the network.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
JCC may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies to keep members signed in, protect sessions, remember settings, support essential app functions, and understand service reliability. Where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies may also measure visits or campaign performance. The technologies in use can change as the service develops; see the Cookie Policy for a plain-language explanation.
Some storage is needed for the service to function or remain secure. Browser settings can restrict or clear some cookies and local data, but doing so may sign you out or cause features to stop working. Where applicable law requires consent or a specific opt-out, JCC will provide the legally required choice before using the relevant technology.
7. Your privacy choices and legal rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may be able to request access to personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, ask us to limit or stop certain processing, object to particular uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection regulator.
Use the Privacy Center to request an account-data export or deletion. For other requests, use JCC Member Chat or the support channel. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where the law permits, including when records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, accounting, or legal compliance. If a request is denied, we will provide any explanation or appeal instructions required by law.
JCC does not promise a universal response deadline or a particular regional right where the law does not provide it. Rights, exceptions, and procedures depend on your location and the data involved. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
8. Children's privacy
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.
9. Data retention and account deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, security, abuse prevention, transaction records, customer support, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase records that must be kept for lawful accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. When retained records are no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify them as appropriate.
10. International processing and third-party websites
JCC and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Links to member websites, advertisements, payment-provider pages, and other third-party services are governed by those parties' own policies; JCC does not control their independent privacy practices.
11. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, technology, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be announced through the service or other reasonable means.
12. Privacy requests and contact
Start with the JCC Privacy Center for available data export and deletion controls. For another privacy question or request, use JCC Member Chat or the support channel. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, recovery codes, private keys, or other authentication secrets through ordinary support messages.
