Payments & Refunds
Payment, campaign funding, membership, reversal, and refund rules.
1. General rule
Payment terms, prices, eligibility, and any refund conditions will be shown before a transaction is submitted. A payment does not automatically create a right to cashback, rebate, or refund.
2. Exchange credits
JCC exchange credits are non-cash internal units. Purchased credits, when offered, are intended for eligible JCC features and are not redeemable for cash. Credits obtained through fraud, payment reversal, duplicate transactions, or error may be reversed.
3. Memberships
Membership charges and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. Cancellation, renewal, and any eligible refund are handled according to the membership terms shown when the membership is purchased and the requirements of applicable law.
4. Click & Earn funding
Creating a Click & Earn campaign does not itself charge or fund the campaign. Currency funding remains unavailable until JCC enables the applicable payment mechanism. When funding is enabled, a campaign becomes funded only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Chargebacks and unauthorized payments
Do not initiate a false or unauthorized chargeback. If a transaction is reversed, disputed, refunded, or determined to be unauthorized, JCC may reverse related credits, campaign funding, promotional benefits, membership benefits, or pending earnings and may restrict the account while the matter is investigated, subject to applicable law.
6. Fraud and abuse
JCC may delay or withhold refunds or promotional benefits while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, self-clicking, artificial traffic, payment abuse, or other manipulation. Legitimate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
7. Contact
For a transaction question, use the support channels provided by JCC and include the relevant transaction information. Never send full payment-card numbers or account passwords through support messages.
