Advertising & Content Policy
Rules for submitted websites, campaigns, destination links, and responsible participation in the JCC network.
1. Advertiser responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit, the claims you make, the destination a link opens, and having permission to use the text, images, logos, and other material in your campaign. Ads and destination pages must be accurate, lawful, secure, and consistent with the offer shown to visitors.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive downloads, harmful redirects, or attempts to bypass browser or security warnings.
- Fraudulent offers, impersonation, fake government notices, fake traffic or toll violations, misleading payment demands, or claims designed to trick visitors.
- Illegal goods or services, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment, exploitation, or content that violates applicable law.
- Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Hidden destinations, cloaking, forced downloads, auto-clicking, artificial traffic, bots, click farms, or attempts to manufacture visits, clicks, rewards, or campaign statistics.
- Pages that unexpectedly redirect visitors, collect sensitive information without a proper lawful basis, or misrepresent who operates the site or how a payment is used.
3. Screening and review
Submitted websites may be screened using automated checks and/or human review. A screening result is a limited assessment at a particular time, not a guarantee that a website is safe, lawful, accurate, or free from later changes. Approval does not endorse an advertiser, guarantee its claims, or promise campaign performance.
4. Review, removal, and account action
JCC may reject, pause, limit, or remove campaigns or destinations when a safety check fails, a complaint is received, content appears misleading or unlawful, or action is reasonably needed to protect visitors or the network. JCC may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict an account, or reverse rewards associated with confirmed manipulation, subject to applicable law and the posted terms. We may limit disclosure of internal detection methods where disclosure could enable abuse.
5. Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content in a JCC campaign infringes your rights, report it through JCC Member Chat or the support channel. Include the exact URL or campaign identifier, identify the material and the right you believe is affected, explain how we can verify your authority to report it, and provide a way to contact you. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. JCC may request additional information, restrict access while reviewing a credible complaint, or take other action required by law. Formal notices under a specific law must include the information that law requires.
6. Reporting suspicious content
Members should report suspected phishing, malware, impersonation, dangerous redirects, fake payment demands, or other abuse through JCC Member Chat or the available support channel. Include the page address and a short description. Avoid visiting or repeatedly testing a destination you believe is dangerous.
7. No traffic or business guarantee
Approval or rotation of a campaign does not guarantee a particular number of visitors, clicks, conversions, sales, search ranking, or financial result. Network delivery depends on member activity, availability, safety controls, and campaign settings.
8. Related rules
This policy works alongside the Terms of Service and Network Rules, Privacy Policy, and Payment & Currency Disclosures. If a campaign violates these policies, JCC may take action under the Terms of Service.
