JCC NETWORK COMMAND

Terms of Service

Rules for using JCC Traffic Exchange, including exchange credits, Click & Earn currency features, advertising, accounts, payments, and fraud prevention.

Important: JCC Traffic Exchange is a private online service. These terms are intended to establish clear operating rules and protect the network from abuse. They do not replace advice from a qualified attorney, and laws may vary by jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing, or using JCC Traffic Exchange, you agree to these Terms of Service, our posted network rules, and any feature-specific rules displayed before you use a feature. You must provide accurate information and may not create or use an account for unlawful purposes. JCC may require additional verification before allowing access to certain payment, advertising, or payout features.

2. Network rules and prohibited conduct

  • Only submit websites, advertisements, destinations, and content that you are authorized to promote.
  • Do not promote unlawful, malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, automated browsers, click farms, emulators, traffic generators, forced clicks, hidden frames, auto-refresh systems, or other artificial methods to generate visits, clicks, rewards, or earnings.
  • Do not click your own advertisements, repeatedly click the same advertiser for compensation, or arrange reciprocal activity intended to manufacture earnings.
  • Do not create multiple accounts, identities, devices, networks, or payment profiles to bypass limits, promotions, fraud controls, suspensions, or eligibility requirements.
  • Do not manipulate referrals, games, chat rewards, campaign statistics, tracking, device signals, IP/network signals, or other exchange measurements.
  • Do not interfere with security controls, rate limits, account verification, payment controls, or the operation of the service.
  • Do not use stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent, or chargeback-prone payment methods.
  • Do not sell, transfer, purchase, or broker JCC accounts, exchange credits, or Click & Earn balances outside features expressly provided by JCC.
  • Do not use the service to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, tax evasion, or other unlawful financial activity.
  • Member chat must remain respectful and may be moderated, limited, or removed by administrators.

3. Exchange credits — non-cash system

JCC exchange credits are internal, non-cash promotional and utility units used only within eligible JCC features. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not a bank deposit, are not an investment, are not redeemable for currency, and are not a promise of monetary compensation. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred for cash, sold, exchanged for currency, or converted into Click & Earn currency.

Credits may be used for eligible in-service features such as Surf & Earn, advertising campaigns, chat features, games, referrals, promotions, or other credit-based features made available by JCC. JCC may correct, reverse, expire, restrict, or remove credits that were obtained through fraud, error, abuse, unauthorized activity, chargeback activity, duplicate accounts, or manipulation.

4. Click & Earn currency

Click & Earn is a separate currency-denominated feature and is not the same as JCC exchange credits. A Click & Earn balance represents a recorded amount associated with eligible activity under the program rules. Advertisers fund currency-denominated campaigns when JCC enables the applicable funding mechanism. Members do not receive a guaranteed income, salary, interest, investment return, or minimum earnings rate.

JCC may set or change reward rates, eligibility requirements, click limits, fraud controls, holding periods, payout thresholds, and other program rules. Creating an advertiser campaign does not by itself mean that currency has been paid, deposited, or funded. A campaign is not considered funded until the applicable payment has been successfully authorized, captured, and confirmed by JCC or its payment processor.

5. Cashouts and payouts

Cashout is a separate feature that may be unavailable, limited, suspended, or disabled. A displayed balance is not automatically a promise that a payout is immediately available. When cashouts are enabled, JCC may require identity, account, tax, payment, fraud, or other verification before approving a payout.

JCC may place earnings on hold while reviewing unusual activity, payment reversals, advertiser disputes, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, self-clicking, coordinated activity, or other suspected abuse. JCC may reject, reverse, cancel, or delay a payout when required by law, a payment processor, fraud controls, or these terms. Minimum payout thresholds, processing times, fees, supported payout methods, and geographic restrictions may apply and will be disclosed when the payout feature is available.

6. No cashback unless expressly offered

Advertising purchases, membership payments, campaign funding, or other payments do not automatically create a right to cashback, rebates, refunds, credits, or currency rewards. Any promotional cashback or rebate exists only when JCC expressly identifies the offer, its eligibility requirements, its duration, and its conditions. A promotion may not be combined with another promotion unless JCC expressly permits it.

7. Payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Payments are subject to the terms of the applicable payment processor and the information shown at checkout. JCC may refuse or limit transactions that present fraud, security, legal, or payment risk. Users must not initiate a false dispute or chargeback after receiving the purchased service, credits, advertising delivery, membership benefits, or other value.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed successfully, or determined to be unauthorized, JCC may reverse related promotional benefits, credits, campaign funding, membership benefits, pending earnings, or other value associated with the transaction. JCC may recover an amount improperly credited to an account by offsetting future balances or restricting the account, subject to applicable law.

8. Advertising and traffic

Advertising and traffic delivery are subject to availability, approval, safety screening, rotation, member activity, rate limits, and network capacity. JCC does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, clicks, conversions, leads, sales, search rankings, revenue, or other business results unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, disclosures, claims, destinations, and content of their advertisements and websites. JCC may reject, pause, suspend, remove, or limit an advertisement or website at any time when it presents legal, security, quality, fraud, abuse, or network-integrity concerns.

9. Account security and identity

Members are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity occurring through their account. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. JCC may use device, IP/network, browser, transaction, behavioral, and other technical signals to protect the service, detect abuse, enforce limits, and investigate suspicious activity, subject to applicable law and the service's privacy practices.

10. Fraud prevention, investigations, and enforcement

JCC may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, collusion, automated activity, payment abuse, self-clicking, multi-accounting, referral farming, signup farming, or other manipulation. During an investigation, JCC may temporarily hold earnings or benefits, restrict features, require verification, suspend an account, remove fraudulent activity, reverse improperly awarded value, or preserve relevant records.

JCC does not have to disclose anti-fraud detection methods, security thresholds, internal scoring, or investigative techniques when doing so could make the network easier to exploit. Attempts to evade a restriction may be treated as a separate violation.

11. Account suspension and termination

JCC may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when activity violates these terms, applicable law, payment rules, safety requirements, or the integrity of the exchange. JCC may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect members, advertisers, payment systems, or the service. Where appropriate, legitimate verified balances may be handled according to applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment system.

12. Promotions, bonuses, referrals, and games

Promotions, founding rewards, referral bonuses, games, and other incentive features are optional program features and are subject to their displayed rules. JCC may limit eligibility, require qualifying activity, reject duplicate or abusive claims, and correct errors. No promotion guarantees a particular monetary return. Credit-based games use non-cash exchange credits unless a feature expressly states otherwise. Signup-bonus campaign offers are currently unavailable.

13. Service availability and changes

JCC may modify, pause, discontinue, or replace features, reward rates, limits, pricing, funding methods, payout methods, or other parts of the service. Features marked as coming soon, under construction, disabled, or unavailable are not promises that the feature will launch or remain available. JCC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. No financial or investment relationship

JCC exchange credits and Click & Earn balances are not bank accounts, deposits, securities, investments, interest-bearing accounts, or guaranteed financial products. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Users are responsible for determining and meeting any tax or reporting obligations that may apply to their own activities.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JCC and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, lost opportunities, or loss of expected earnings arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JCC and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these terms, misuse of the service, advertisements or websites you submit, infringement of third-party rights, payment fraud, or abuse of the exchange.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction identified by JCC's business entity and governing documents, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue, class-action, or consumer-rights provisions will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and will be stated or incorporated in a legally appropriate form before enforcement.

18. Changes to these terms

JCC may update these terms as the service develops or legal and operational requirements change. Material changes may be announced through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to an updated term, stop using the affected service.

19. Contact and notices

Questions about account restrictions, advertising, payments, fraud reviews, or these terms should be submitted through the support channels provided by JCC. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary support messages.

See the Payment & Currency Disclosures → for the transaction-specific rules covering funding, cashouts, reversals, fees, taxes, and payment processing.

Last updated: September 29, 2026. These Terms are written as a strong operational baseline for the JCC Traffic Exchange. Because the service now includes currency-denominated earnings and planned payouts, obtain a review from a qualified attorney before enabling real-money funding or withdrawals.
